Jan Michael Rice is a Nationally certified personal trainer with over 30 years experience. He has personal training certifications from NSCA, ACE, SFA and an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification as well as a gym owner for over 25 years. His passion for helping people reach their fitness goals is at the core of his reason for being in the fitness industry. He looks forward to helping you reach your goals whether you are a local member through the gym or online, he will be there with you every step of the way to make sure you get the most out of your workouts.
