An Online Trainer evaluates your fitness needs based on your goals, fitness level, exercise preference and time constraints. We then design and monitor an Online fitness program that you can do wherever you happen to be. Your online program is easy to access, use and record your progress.
Unlimited Access To
Your Personal Trainer
You can contact your Trainer at anytime either by phone, text, e-mail or Skype with any questions you happen to have. Your Trainer will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request to ensure you are getting the most out of your fitness program.

Jan Michael Rice is a Nationally certified personal trainer with over 25 years experience. He has certifications from NSCA, ACE, SFA and is an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist as well as a gym owner for over 25 years.
